We were absolutely delighted to win the Innovation Award for Transforming Communication at the 2015 Professional Planning Forum Awards Gala Dinner earlier this summer. We picked up the award for the creation of our in-house, employee desktop and mobile App.
The 2015 Innovation awards were organised and judged by key members of the Professional Planning Forum Community and these sought-after awards, celebrate and benchmark excellence in the industry.
Our Engage App has not only transformed communication across the business but also provided employees with access to important information such as holiday entitlement, shift patterns, performance metrics and key business messages, whether at work, home or on the move. With almost 10,000 unique logins a month and a third of all activity outside standard working hours, people are engaged; it’s become instrumental in delivering a positive change in culture.
