  • We’ve upgraded our office spaces with energy-efficient LED lighting to reduce power consumption.
  • We’ve implemented power-saving settings on all company devices and encouraging employees to power down when not in use.
  • We’re investing in renewable energy sources and exploring solar and wind power options for our facilities.
  • We’ve adopted paperless policies and our commitment to digital documentation not only saves trees but also reduces energy used in printing. We’ve reduced our printers by over 70%.

By minimising our carbon footprint and reducing resource consumption, we not only contribute to a healthier planet but also save on operational costs, which can be reinvested into our business and local communities.


Innovation and Technology

We understand that innovation and technology are pivotal to sustainable growth. Through our in-house software solutions company Inisoft, we are continuously investing in research and development to create innovative products and solutions for our clients like our contact centre software, Syntelate XA. This software was developed with strong input from our advisors to automate the easy stuff and help advisors with the hard stuff. This not only keeps us competitive in the market but also positions us as a catalyst for positive growth.


Employee Wellbeing and Development

Our employees are the heart of our business culture. We believe that their wellbeing and professional growth are crucial to our long-term success. We provide a safe and inclusive work environment, offer training and development opportunities through our Modern Apprenticeship Programme in the UK and our learnerships in South Africa in partnership with Signa Opportunity’s Youth Employment Services Programme. We actively encourage employee engagement in our events throughout the year with our engagement committee Kura Involve, putting on events like the 10 Days of Christmas and Halloween.
