Innovation and Technology
We understand that innovation and technology are pivotal to sustainable growth. Through our in-house software solutions company Inisoft, we are continuously investing in research and development to create innovative products and solutions for our clients like our contact centre software, Syntelate XA. This software was developed with strong input from our advisors to automate the easy stuff and help advisors with the hard stuff. This not only keeps us competitive in the market but also positions us as a catalyst for positive growth.

We provide a safe and inclusive work environment, offer training and development opportunities through our Modern Apprenticeship Programme in the UK and our learnerships in South Africa in partnership with Signa Opportunity’s Youth Employment Services Programme. We actively encourage employee engagement in our events throughout the year with our engagement committee Kura Involve, putting on events like the 10 Days of Christmas and Halloween.
