Kura to Support Carers First With Enhanced Carer Helpline Service

We met with the helpline team at Carers First’s office in Strood, Kent, to see how it operated, share insights and knowledge, and understand how we can support the team. Our delegation included senior management members Janine Hunt, Senga Kane, Jo Green, and Sam Farquharson.
Integral to the support Carers First offers is its helpline service. Those in the field can often struggle to access relevant support, so it’s important for resources to be accessible and efficient. Ensuring carers can reach out for information that’s tailored and supports in a way that suits them is crucial.
