It’s official!
We’re delighted to be reappointed by charity Independent Age to provide remote support to elderly people from our HQ in Glasgow, continuing our relationship that began in 2017. We handle thousands of calls per year for the charity, which include carrying out welfare checks on people in later life, as well as delivering Independent Age’s ‘friendship service’, which supports older people dealing with loneliness and isolation.
Our Independent Age advisors take great pride in making a difference to the elderly through this work, and we look forward to continuing to deliver the best possible support to Independent Age service users.
