CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
OWEN CAMPBELL
Owen leads Kura as Chief Executive, with overall responsibility for the strategy, performance and operational standards of the business.
He joined Kura in 2012 as a customer service advisor and has since progressed through every operational level, from Team Manager and Senior Operations Manager to Head of Operations and Operations Director, before being appointed Chief Executive in 2026. It is a rare path: thirteen years from the front line to leading the company.
Having started on the phones himself, Owen leads from a straightforward conviction. Get the right people, look after them properly, and the results for customers and clients follow.
Head of Solutions & Technology
CIARAN RANKIN
As Head of Solutions & Technology, Ciaran is responsible for Kura's Inisoft software business, IT and MI functions. Within solutions, he supports the growth and sales teams by building client-ready solutions that drive operational and technological advancement.
Ciaran joined Kura in 2014 as an advisor in the contact centre, before being promoted through Operations to Client Delivery Leader, working with a range of utilities and financial services clients. In recent years his focus has been on improving Kura's functional capability across Quality, Continuous Improvement and technology.
Head of Client Partnerships
MADDY COOPER-CHESSAR
As Head of Client Partnerships, Maddy leads relationships with organisations looking to strengthen their customer operations, improve outcomes and build more sustainable delivery models.
She brings over a decade of experience across recruitment, talent and client solutions, and a people-led, commercial approach to building partnerships.
Maddy works closely with clients to understand the pressures behind performance, from customer experience and quality to workforce capability, operational resilience and growth.
Head of Site - South Africa
LAMEEZ WILLIAMS
As Head of Site, Lameez is responsible for the operational performance and strategic development of Kura's South Africa site, working closely with the commercial and support functions to strengthen capability and deliver strong client outcomes.
She joined Kura with a background in customer experience operations and people leadership, built across the delivery of complex client operations.
Her focus throughout has been on developing high-performing teams and creating the conditions in which people do their best work.
Head of Operations
Ray McRae
Ray is Head of Operations at Kura, leading UK operational delivery, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the growth of existing client partnerships. He is responsible for delivering operational excellence, improving customer outcomes, and ensuring Kura continues to provide high-performing, scalable solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.
With over 12 years at Kura, Ray has progressed through a range of operational leadership roles, giving him a deep understanding of the business, its people, and its clients. His experience across multiple levels of the organisation enables him to combine strategic oversight with practical operational expertise, working closely with operational teams and clients to enhance performance, strengthen long-term partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver sustainable business outcomes.
Head of People
CONNIE RITCHIE
Connie joined Kura in 2023 as an HR Business Partner and has progressed through several people leadership roles before being appointed Head of People. She brings over six years' experience in human resources across outsourcing, customer experience and healthcare, spanning employee relations, organisational development, leadership coaching and strategic business partnering. Her focus is on creating positive workplace cultures that also deliver on business objectives.
Head of Commercial
MARK REILLY
As Head of Commercial, Mark is responsible for forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting, and for building a high-performing commercial team.
Mark joined Kura in 2014 as a Sales Performance Coach, later moving into a Kura Coach role on a utilities client. In 2019 he moved into finance as a Finance Business Partner and has progressed through the department over the past seven years.
Ultimately, he ensures sustainable commercial growth and protects the organisations competitive position.
