Now in its 17th year, the Awards are an annual celebration of the people who have made North East Contact Centres among the best in the world.
The awards were created to recognise team achievement and to demonstrate to staff, customers and stakeholders that there is an ongoing commitment to achieving excellence within winning contact centres.
Virtual for the first time in its history, the online event still captured all the excitement that we’ve come to expect from an in-person awards ceremony – a testament to the hard work, planning and execution from the award hosts and the help they have received from their sponsors.
Up against some formidable opponents in Whistl and Auxillus, Councillor Rebecca Atkinson of Sunderland City Council was on hand to announce Kura as the overall winner of Outsourcing Provider of the Year 2020.
Our CEO, Brian commented:

It is a fantastic achievement for Kura and shines a spotlight on all the great work our people do in the North East and across our six other locations in the UK and South Africa.”
