Earlier this month we attended the 2015 European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards at Old Billingsgate in London and we’re delighted that we came home to Glasgow with two Awards.
Our Learning & Development Team took the top slot winning the ‘Operational Support Team of the year’ award and our Hiscox Underwriting Team received a Bronze Award in the ‘Technical Support Team’ category.
In total we were shortlisted for three of these prestigious awards including:
Operational Support Team of the Year for our Learning & Development Team
Application of Technology for our Engage App and
Technical support team of the year for our partnership with the Hiscox Underwriting team
The well-deserved award for the L&D team recognised the high standards of training design & delivery as well as the innovation shown on behalf of our employees and our clients. The team were also commended for their ability to share best practice and how their stakeholder engagement is central to the success of the team.
The Bronze award for the Hiscox Underwriting Team commended the team for their contribution to significant business growth on behalf of Hiscox. Although we didn’t win the award for Technical Support Team or for the Application of Technology it was a real achievement to make the short list amongst fierce competition.
