Janine Hunt

Janine has worked in the contact centre industry for over 20 years and has worked in many senior posts with both national and international Business Process Outsourcing organisations.

Janine is responsible for architecting the growth strategy for the business, delivering differentiated client value, and expanding our international footprint. Working for award winning and innovative organisations Janine has experience of delivering exceptional customer outcomes, revenue growth and efficiency on behalf of her clients across multiple sectors including financial services, retail, utilities, charity and telco.

Kenny Rodgers

Kenny is an experienced financial leader for over 15 years who is focussed on driving sustainable profitability and business growth. He is accountable for the overall financial performance and strategy across the business. Kenny is also responsible for the Finance, Payroll, Resource Planning, Legal and Compliance departments.

Kenny is also Managing Director of our South African offices, overseeing the operation in our two Durban locations.

Owen Campbell

Owen joined the business in 2012 as a contact centre advisor and has grown through the ranks and his promotion into Operations Director in 2023 is recognition for his dedication to operational excellence within the contact centre industry.

Owen is responsible for all of our operations areas, spanning across Scotland, England and South Africa.
