We are very proud of our Customer Service Advisor Training Programme. Created and carried out by our in-house learning and development experts, we pride ourselves on meeting the needs of our clients and providing our new employees with the right tools and support needed for their new role. As a brand new advisor you will complete an in-depth and on-going training programme to make sure you know everything you need to know before you talk to our customers. The next part we call ‘Graduation’ (no you don’t have to wear a cap and gown, but yes, we will celebrate with you!) – and this simply means you are ready to go live in our Contact Centre.

We want to bring out the best in you. Our mission is to nurture that talent that is you, and help you grow within our business. This can happen within your team, this can happen within our HR department, and it can also happen from you towards your colleagues. We provide performance focused one 2 one’s for everyone. Our monthly ‘2M’ process focuses on personal development and constant feedback.

As we continue to grow, so do you. We have many secondment opportunities within different areas of the business and we have promoted 70% of our Managers internally. We don’t want you to sit still, we want you to move up. If you are passionate about becoming a manager, you will have plenty of opportunities to do so. Equally you might want to explore other disciplines – looking at marketing, analytics, recruitment and HR. We welcome our staff to apply internally and develop their career.
