Let’s learn more about you

Your application will now be considered by our in-house recruitment team and once shortlisted, you will be contacted to arrange a telephone interview. This stage will give you the opportunity to find out more about the role, and ask as many questions as you like.

The Final Stage

The 3rd and final stage of our process is a face to face interview here at our offices. If you are successful into this stage then we will invite you to meet with us and take you through our Assessment Programme, involving the following short agenda:

  • An introduction to Kura and its client structure (we are very proud of what we do and would love to share that with you)
  • Customer Service role play (telling you much more about our culture and the overall expectations of the role)
  • Listening to existing Customer Service Calls (again, familiarising you with our systems and our part to play)
  • The completion of our requested Referencing Documentation (following the needs of our clients)

Following your application, shortlisted candidates will be contacted by a dedicated member of our in-house Recruitment Team. You will have the opportunity to find out a little more about us and the role, and we will talk you through what happens next.

Dependent on the specific role you have applied for and the department you will be part of, we will either diarise a telephone or a face to face interview with you, to kick off the recruitment process

Meet the Team

The last part of the process will involve a face to face interview, inviting a member of your new department to join us. We will also ask you to complete our requested Referencing Documentation (supporting the needs of our clients)
