If you are shortlisted, our Recruitment Team will contact you to take part in a Telephone Competency Based Interview. This will give you an opportunity to find out more about the role and to share information about you with us. If you pass, you will be invited to a ‘assessment’ event.

At our ‘assessment’* event, you will engage in the following activities:

  • Role-play
  • An Introduction to Kura
  • Listen to ‘mock’ calls
  • Fill out paperwork

*The assessment event facilitator will then make the final decision regarding your employment.

Once you have successfully passed our recruitment process, we will Pre-Employment Screen, to include: identity, security, credit and reference checks

Shortlisted candidates may be contacted by a member of the Recruitment Team to ascertain your suitability for the role/availability for interview

1st stage in selection process this will be:

  • a telephone interview
  • or, a face-to-face interview

The 2nd stage in our selection process will again be face-to-face, but may involve additional selection methods/tools
