About the role
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our growing South Africa operation. Working alongside operational and commercial leaders, you will turn the numbers into decisions — helping the business plan, price and perform.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, not just the ledger.
What you will do
Partner with the operation to drive performance and sound commercial decisions.
- Business partner with operational and account leaders to plan and forecast
- Own budgeting, monthly reporting and variance analysis for your area
- Model the commercials behind new and existing client contracts
- Turn financial data into clear, actionable insight for non-finance leaders
- Support pricing, resource planning and continuous improvement
- Strengthen controls, governance and month-end processes
What we are looking for
A commercially-minded finance professional who likes being close to the business.
- Qualified accountant (CA(SA), ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience in FP&A or business partnering, ideally in a service or BPO environment
- Confident building models and explaining them simply
- Strong Excel and BI skills (Power BI a plus)
- Comfortable working with operational leaders, not just finance
