Rebrand comes after MBO and strong business performance for Customer Management Specialist

One of the UK’s leading Customer Management Specialists, Response, has today become Kura following a successful management buy-out last year. The award winning Company, which has been providing outsourced customer management and technology solutions for nearly 25 years, delivered strong financial results for the 12 months to June 2015 which saw sales growth of over 30% to £33m. Profitability was also significantly improved at over £2m.

This strong growth was driven by its contact centre operations and its software business Inisoft from both existing clients including Scottish Power, Bank of America, NAG and esure together with significant new clients wins including AIG, Chubb, Scotia Bank and Turn2us.

To reflect the culture that the business is working hard to build, the management team led by CEO Brian Bannatyne, decided to re-brand the business.

“The company has had a great year and that is entirely down to the people in our business. In the Kura world their personal growth will be our primary focus. We believe this will set us apart from our competitors. Our philosophy, which is why we are in business, is to help our people be the best they can be and our Vision is one day to be recognised across all organisations as “Unrivalled in Managing People”. We have a long way to go but it’s the journey that inspires and motivates us”.

Kura is also keen to make acquisitions that will help it to grow and broaden its reach across the UK and potentially further afield.
